Growing up, I wanted to be an artist. Then a dancer. Then a writer. In that order. It's nice to know one of those is beginning to solidify.
I like to eat all kinds of food, and watch movies in foreign languages. I am a voracious reader and I collect fall foliage. I take pictures of people when they're not ready. I also have closet obsessions with flamenco and classical guitar music.
When I'm not working on class work, updating my blog , or scheming about my next big endeavor, I enjoy hot chocolate, running a few miles followed by an intense weight circuit, putting on my headphones and rocking out in the privacy of my own room, and rearranging my furniture. I dream of the day when I can come home to my own apartment, sans room mates.
I can't stand it when my pens don't have caps. And I would rather use a hammer and chisel before using a pencil. Office supply stores and bookstores are very dangerous places for me to be -- I love them!
My life philosophy is centered around love, because the future is uncertain and if all I have is this moment, it better mean something.
If I were to start my life over tomorrow, I wouldn't change a single thing because I am so blessed to have family, experiences, privileges and opportunities that I have been offered thus far, I look to the future with optimism and a happy heart... and excellent writing utensils.
